How do I track my order?

 All orders have a tracking number which we will email to you once your item is despatched,  Click here to track your item. If you are unsure about something, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

Can I add to an existing order?

Unfortunately we can’t add to an existing order - sorry!

Do you send out invoices with parcels?

Nope! As we are a gift company We don’t include anything to do with prices in the delivery, just a delivery note listing the items inside the box! If you need an invoice, let us know by clicking here.


How do I cancel my order?

Contact us to cancel your order and we’ll see what we can do for you!

Something from my order is missing

Don’t panic! It’s possible that it will be coming separately. If you’re unsure, contact us and we can track it down!


How do I return my order?

Here at Magpiegifts, it’s our mission to create moments of happiness. We therefore offer a ‘no quibbles’ guarantee! To start a return,

Can I return my personalised item(s)?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for personalised items unless they are damaged. But we may be able to help in another way! Please contact us.


Why are there different delivery dates on my order?

If you have ordered more than one item from us, it may be that part of your order will come direct from our partners and will arrive separately.

Can we upgrade delivery on personalised items?

We can’t always guarantee this, but we might be able to! Contact us to see what we can do.

What’s the cut off time for express delivery?

For express delivery of our products, the cut off is 12pm Mon-Fri  *Our earrings are not included in our express delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes but only to the following Countries - Belgium, France, Germany and Luxembourg.


Do you do corporate gifting?

Not at the moment, but we are working on adding this to our shop.

How do I apply a code?

If you’re lucky enough to have one of our codes, you can pop this in your shopping cart by clicking the ‘Enter a promo code’ button on the cart page.
